• Served the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEAP) – Estate Agency Practice committee and as the Test of Professional Competence [TPC] examiner
• Singlehandedly wrote the 2 days NCC syllabus course module for BOVAEP
