This Privacy Policy Notice (“Notice”) is issued pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) and for the purpose of this Notice, “Personal Data” shall have the meaning as ascribed to it under the Act.

This Notice applies to persons governed under the Act and serves to inform you how your Personal Data is controlled, processed, and/or used by Persatuan Penilai, Pengurus Harta, Ejen Harta & Perunding Harta Swasta Malaysia (PEPS Malaysia), a professional body representing private sector valuers, property managers, real estate agents, and property consultants in Malaysia, with its place of operation at P-2-7, Block P, Plaza Damas, No 60, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Sri Hartamas 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
For the purpose of this Notice, Personal Data includes data collected and to be collected before and after the issuance of this Notice.
 
 

Collection of Personal Data

The Personal Data controlled, processed, and/or used by PEPS Malaysia includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, identity card number, contact details, occupation, and information related to your membership, property transactions, and professional activities. We may also collect Personal Data of a sensitive nature, such as physical or mental health.
Your Personal Data is collected directly from information and/or documents that you have provided to us and, where necessary, from third parties and public domain sources, including online platforms related to property and real estate.
 
PEPS Malaysia may also collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources, including events, training programmes, seminars, conferences, or workshops organised or sponsored by PEPS Malaysia, and from cookies used on our official website.
